How do you figure? He misheard Laura and rightfully criticized the release of what could have been highly sensitive information. She corrected him and they moved on. Additionally, you speak of Trump's ignorance, I'd like to know your thoughts on this quote:

"Vladimir Putin doesn't want me to be President. He doesn't want me to be our nominee."
"If you're wondering why—it's because I'm the only person in this field who's ever gone toe-to-toe with him," - Then candidate Joe Biden

How's that working out for him right now? Would one say it was out of touch with reality?

Seems to me that after the multiple Russian aggressions during the Obama/Biden admins the next one got them to stop. Now all the sudden Russia is back to their antics. What changed? Seems to me that Biden has been setting the stage for Russia to feel emboldened enough again to do this. The simple step of restricting our at home energy industry has paved that way. Meanwhile former Sec of State and now Climate Czar John Kerry expressed his concern that this "distraction" of a war started by Russia will take the world focus off climate change. Wow...

See that's the thing, this admin is so hell bent on maintaining oil/gas energy restrictions from within this country that Putin is using this invasion to challenge that position. Putin knows Biden is going to stand firm on the restrictions which is a major card he won't play. He's got three years to continue challenging him too.

And people thought Trump was colluding with Russia... How? Why?

This out of touch with reality does not end with Biden either. In 2012 Romney was eviscerated by Obama and the left for rightly stating Russia is one of the top geo-political enemies of the US. Obama admin characterized him as living in the Cold War era. Put simply, the leadership of the left NEVER took Russia seriously for quite some time, until they tried to use them as the boogey man to hurt Trump. Then all the sudden Russia is a problem, not geopolitically, just in our elections (which is something they've been actively trying to mess with long before Trump). But let's see what the Presidential admins have done since Bush:

- President Bush had an agreement and plan in place to install a missile defense system in Central Europe. - President Obama scraps it, much to the chagrin of Russia.

- President Obama in 2012 not only assures the Russian President Medvedev he'll have more flexibility after the election, but he also leads the charge in chastising Romney's correct assertion that Russia is one of the top geopolitical enemies to the US and our allies. He's since been credit for that statement, too little too late.

- Meanwhile in 2013 the NY Times reports how the Clinton Foundation is receiving funds amid the Russian Uranium deal.

- 2014 marks the year in which President Obama refused to give weapons to Ukraine. Interestingly enough, the liberal media is now trying to assert that Trump issued a quid pro quo with Ukraine for dirt on Biden, tied to giving them money and weapons. Never mind the fact they still got all of it prior to the accusation getting out. But Liberal "journalists" are now saying the Ukraine could have used those weapons, not recognizing they got them. Not from Obama, but from Trump.

- Throughout the Trump admin multiple sanctions were enacted, he pulled out of the Paris accord which affected the Russian and OPEC's price points while reducing costs in the US. He also enabled the construction of the Keystone pipeline which would continue to build on US energy independence.

- Biden comes in and rejoins the Paris Accord (which Russia and China do not subscribe to), stops the keystone pipeline efforts, and grants a waiver for the US sanctions on the Russian pipeline. Europe is now dependent on Russian and OPEC for energy without the US to help offset the pricing points.

Yeah, there's a lot of "out of touch with reality and total ignorance of what goes on" to go around. Biden is certainly not stepping up to the challenge as he said he would.

Thank you MSgt Aldi, Trump may be ignorant about some things but he is not stupid, that's a nice pickup on nuances. Far from it, he was able to pick up on a disaffection in the American public and took advantage of it while the Democrats totally ignored it. Given non disclosure agreements I'll just say that I have my reasons for believing what I do. I spent 3 years arguing that we needed to give him a chance since he was president and walked away disappointed. Unfortunately I was also disappointed with Obama and am with Biden. I suppose I was jaded by working with Pres. Reagan.

President Trump made a big mistake, but I think you have bigger fish to fry right now like our president because you know damn well he will not change his energy energy policy and he basically is allowing President Putin to do what he wants. Much President Putin mention last July his desire to take back to Ukraine. He wrote an essay with President Biden with pride a virtue signal to the left of his party and he will destroy America by destroying the oil and gas industry. If you wanted to do the best thing to get back gladimir Putin, that would be the scrap all his executive orders and tell boil producers that they are welcome at the biggest existential threat is not climate change but Russia but you know they won't do that because climate change is a religion to president brokeback Biden. President Biden leads from the rear and gives pipelines away to our enemies yet lies to the American public saying that freedom cost money because he is purposely raising the price of oil and gas hoping we would switch over to electric cars which have Rare Earth minerals that come mostly from China or from Russia.

Not defending Biden just don't see Donald " Jane Fonda" Trump as an alternative, as he shows his Putin colors in support of the enemy "Former President Donald Trump has continued to praise Russian President Vladimir Putin, even as a full-scale attack on Ukraine looms." Two lousy presidents, including one egging on the enemy, don't make for a good 2024 choice.

PO2 Marco Monsalve - Patton praised Rommel too. It doesn't mean that he wasn't trying his best to kill him.
