Yes, she gave over a 5 min speech when she was in France and used a phony French accent at the Pasteur Institute. Oh wait, the people there thought it lasted a life time.

I think she did once. There was about 30 seconds of her babbling incoherently intermixed with 4.5 minutes of her cackling.

The fact that Jill Biden did not appreciate Kamala Harris speaking truth during the democrat presidential debates about Joe Biden's support for racists and implicitly what they stood for.
I do not support Kamala Harris but I support her right to speak truth as well as for anybody else.
