SGT (Join to see) what a miracle, but a lot of Soldiers lost their life in the evacuations. MY GOODNESS!

I read several interviews that were done after the evacuation from both evacuees and those who took their boats out to rescue them. Unbelievable!

I know the Germans should have finished them off. Same case for Washington on the East Coast. His small army and almost the totality of it was trapped on three sides
by the British and the to their back was a large body of water. Washington ordered his army to make lots of campfires and restarted through a narrow corridor. A supernatural fog rolled in as the sun rose, hiding our movement. That was a seminal moment because the war probably could have ended had he surrendered the Continental Army to the British.
