This isn't just a FL thing. It's happened in other states where the prison population of those who would get their rights back are heavily minority or immigrant populated. In a land that swears once you serve your time, you should get your second chance to do right, that do right doesn't apply to the voting booth.

I understand that some felons shld not have the right to vote, depending on the felony. But people who get felonies for stupid shit like a joint shld be able to vote and have all of their rights restored.
