New phishing scams are very, very clever. Suggestion: Do not respond with any information to any phone call you receive. Tell them that you will call customer service yourself. Call the number on your credit card yourself and confirm information about your card.

Better yet screen all calls, do not answer any questions. Your voice can be recorded and used for nefarious reasons.
