CSM Charles Hayden Always a Good Query! I Remember that USS California's (CGN-36) and USS Arkansas's (CGN-41) "Stated" Top Speed was 30 Kts Plus. Since they are both "Razor Blades" Now, Having taken both thru Shake Down. 33 Kts was Our Top Speed!
