I was an M.I. observer/photographer, and we flew over Snoul that morning, just before it all went down. We came up the road from the south in a bird dog. I was taking pictures of the town. Then just at the intersection someone jumped from a truck to take a shot at us. We then flew west down highway 7, over the cavalry.
The brass got me up in the middle of the night, said we blew the place away, and to go over my photos again, and to find something, anything. Spent till the morning in the photo shop enlarging prints, but nada ... not much more to report.
