As long as the Pharmaceuticals, the legal litigation industry and doctors keep wagons the tail of the dog, we're not really ever going to have Medicare reform and it'll be too expensive and our military will end up like the Canadian military. Right now the Canadian military is 50000 strong, they have F-18 Hornet Alpha and Bravo models and all of their major surface ships have rusted out and scrapped.
