This is a legitimate case, following New York law!
Trying to make Trump a victim is laughable.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - Please show any evidence you may possess of the corruption of the DA and AG.

BTW, here is the law.
I'll let you see if it has ever been enforced.

New York Executive Law § 63(12), sometimes called simply "63 12", is a New York law that gives the Attorney General of New York broad powers to investigate and prosecute cases of civil fraud. Due to its broad definitions, section 63(12) provides the AG with far-reaching powers to issue subpoenas, as well as low legal hurdles to do so. The law was passed in 1956, while Jacob Javits was attorney general

Isn't there also a law against jaywalking? It's all about priorities. Letitia James campaigned on making Donald Trump - not the citizens of New York - a priority. Crime has skyrocketed since she took charge, and she appears ambivalent. With regard to Trump's case, there are no victims. There is no offense. There is only innuendo, accusation and myths. "Guilty until proven innocent," disdain for equal protection under the law and due process prevail. And that's CORRUPT and wrong. Not to mention targeted "justice" and campaign interference. Soros is behind it all.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - According to most conservatives, Soros is behind every anti-conservative action around the world.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - Trump violated a law. He was tried and found liable for the fraud. No person is above the law. He should pay.

He's already been found liable for fraud so I'm not sure why he's putting on the theatrics right now. Also if anyone else talked to a judge the way he has, they'd be held in contempt. So he should enjoy his privilege. Also he thought he was still President in 2021...so...and didn't Eric pretty much lie under oath and it was shown with his emails that he lied?

I don't understand why you people STILL defend him and his criminal children. "Where is the humanity?" Are you kidding me? LOL he's getting away with a LOT that any other person wouldn't. I don't understand why you guys give him so many passes and you treat him like he's a god. It's disturbing.

What's disturbing is the weaponization of the American Justice System. How can a person who campaigned on targeting a private citizen be allowed to pursue "trumped up" charges with no victim, no crime, and no proof?

MAJ Montgomery Granger - There is NO weaponization of our justice system. \
Trump violated the law. Period. The court has the proof.
As a foot note, when this first went to trail, the defense chose to not request a jury. Bad move.
Again, the law:
New York Executive Law § 63(12), sometimes called simply "63 12", is a New York law that gives the Attorney General of New York broad powers to investigate and prosecute cases of civil fraud. Isn't jaywalking against the law? It's all about priorities. Donald Trump is the biggest threat to the corrupt DemonRat Party, plain and simple. They targeted him before he was even sworn into office, and this is more of the same. There are no victims here. Violent crime runs rampant on the streets and the number one law enforcement officer sits in a courtroom to scoff at a non-criminal she hates. Bias, prejudice, targeting, unequal justice, "guilty until proven innocent," it's all a ruse, all a front for corrupt Soros & Co. They can't stand Trump because he speaks the truth and puts people over profit.
