I have one and love it. It's rugged and matches nicely to the original specifications but has a chrome barrel. I prefer it over the fancy 1911's that are 4x the price but have too tight tolerances that cause malfunctions in the field. I replaced rear sight blade with a mini red dot mount too, for a standard 1911 with an enhanced beaver tail too.
These are built for the fight, not for just weekend target shooting. I got mine from a guy who didn't like it. It's been a blast and has kept firing even when covered with grit in some nasty places.
I would like to see it in a double-stack magazine like my FN FNX-45 Tactical (which I also picked it second hand - guy thought it was too fatboy) with its 15rd capacity.
