I saw the failure of the system up close and personal in the 90s and it has only gotten worse.

Lt Col Charlie Brown when I left the UK in '92, private insurance and hospitals was starting. I also got to the see the system first hand with patients I had to transfer to the British system. Our patients jumped the Que's because our government was paying.
