Ted Cruz says Joe Biden could be impeached if Republicans take U.S. House

As much as there is an emotional tug in that direction, I would much prefer they devote their time to pulling the country out of this Democratic Socialist morass. #letsgobrandon is a senile old man. Box him in and get on with real business.

IMO removal under the 25th Amendment is more likely. Scary. Think about VP Harris actually taking the Oath of Office as POTUS. Could things get worse? Yup!

He's not wrong.

For those who will only read the headline, Cruz does not actually ADVOCATE impeachment. He states a political reality of weaponized impeachment, as established by Democrats. He also identifies one potential charge which could be grounds for impeachment. Which could, MAYBE, be considered a VERY soft advocacy for impeachment.

Also of not is that Cruz is a Senator, and the Senate does NOT impeach, the House does. So he has no role in actually bringing an impeachment to fruition (although he would participate in the trial if Biden *were* impeached).
