The issue at hand is not just the incidents that occurred, but also if documentation/complaints were filed after each event. When a civilian works for the military, documentation is paramount when it comes to repercussions of actions. Should they be fired? Sure, I think so. But IG only investigates and provides recommendations of corrective actions. It is the bosses that decide what punishment (if any) to administer.)

I understand that MSG (Join to see), but according to the article, there was a fair amount of evidence, which I feel would be more than enough to warrant firing. However, I realize there is a difference between what I think is a fair amount and what others think a fair amount is.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - Again, were those previous incidents with evidence documented as complaints? That is the rub, right there.
