As if it could not get more ridiculous. Senator Schumer to man sets Justice Amy Coney Barrett recuse herself from participating in Supreme Court action regarding the election as well as the Affordable Care Act. I guess he's telegraphed that it's a foregone conclusion that she will be confirmed. If I were less polite I might say that he's an idiot.
