Wonderful! Love that he's doing this, but... By what authority? Is he opening the floodgates for all who are sitting on massive student loan debt?

From what I understand this was proposed under Bush, Trump got the ball moving on it. This will only effect about 50,000 veterans with 100% disability ratings.

The bill that passed in 2013? Thanks Obama! Many of my disabled veteran buddies who already had their student loans cancelled while Obama was still in office just had to do a little more paperwork. This just streamlines the process. Thanks Obama.
