"The enemy of mine enemy is my Friend". How long have we been selling Vietnamese Pajamas in this country? I know I've got some. This is definitely Geo-Political, China is encroaching on the South China Sea which borders Vietnam and the Philippines. Philippines have been improving their relationship with us and Vietnam knows it is in their benefit to ally themselves with us as far as pushing back against China. Win Win in my Book.
