North Korea says it has tested new anti-ship missile

If North Korean missiles had a success rate better than 25%, I might be concerned.
BLUF, North Korea doesn't want a major armed conflict for three reasons. 1) They'd be going it alone. China and Russia ain't trying to screw up their money over North Korea and they have long since burnt bridges with anyone that could have be remotely considered an ally 2) Japan is looking for any excuse to put a foot in North Korea's ass and would gleefully "offer their assistance." 3) Kim Jong Un and his military leadership have a pretty cush deal and they know that the odds are stacked against them in a huge way should war break out and it would be an almost instant regime change. Hell, they would be lucky to escape with their collective lives and not be dragged in the streets, ala Muammar Ghadaffi

They were playing the game Battleship...the reality will set in when they get the version with true sound effects....
