Did you know Putin is selling 50 T-72 tanks to Nicaragua and 20 are on their way already? Why is this not in the maintstream media?
I went to visit my family in Honduras last week. Vladmir Putin is selling fifty tanks to Nicaragua along with some Helicopters. Why has not the media said anything about this? LTC (Join to see) It's being overshadowed by the funny and hilarious excuse for an election year in the United States! LOL! The world is more interested in watching the USA become the laughing stock of the free world with criminals running for President - other the otherhand Putin is making money and getting rid of these tanks to make room for the next generation, most likely after he saw them destroyed so easliy in the Gulf War! Just a guess!

Thanks Joe. TO think my niece told me about it and I did not think it was true until I went on the net. It is dangerous since that is the size of an armored Bn! The illistration shows T-72 sold to the bankrupt Venezuelan Government of former Hugo Chavez. They can afford tanks but they are only open 2 days a week and they do the rolling blackouts like we were used to having in Baghdad in OIF due to lack of funds but they have the tanks!
I spoke to others in Honduras and they said Putin came by and sold them the tanks and helicopters so Russia can establish a presence there and send troops for 'training'.
There are US forces in Honduras. A chinook came in to my mom's town with 3 doctors and 3 mps as PSD. They came dressed in civies. They stayed at the same hotel as I was at just a few days before I arrived.. The owner of the Hotel is a Dr as well. They did a MEDCAP and did up to 20 surgueries there over a few days. USAID was also there in that same town in the Province of Ocotepeque helping out with Agricultural help. I am keeping the name of the town OPSEC but its nice to know that we have troops at Soto Cano in Tegucigalpa but it is scary that 50 main battle tanks does not phase the USA but it phases the locals press.
I flew out yesterday from San Pedro Sula Airport and on the way, I saw this F-86 at the entrance of the Honduran Air Force side of the airfield. Honduras is fighting a losing battle with corruption of the police forces due to the drug lords of Mexico and South America fighting for turf. The drugs are driven though Honduras from South America on the way to Guatemala and on to Mexico. Honduras is one of the most dangerous places to visit in the world due to the drug war. The USA is helping with assistance but its hard when druggies in the USA and Canada are addicts to what they are shipping up north.
