More troops likely to respond to devastating Hawaii wildfires

I have to say the state's response leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The state and the county was caught flat-footed and it cost lives.

To prevent another event like this, the Hawaii Guard needs to get with Oregon, Washington, and California regarding their fire-fighting operations.
