Does the pic use the correct finger for what he was thinking? I wonder if you left Trump and McCain in a bar alone, could Trump put the ego away and listen, and could McCain resist proving what and who he is long enough to teach Trump something productive? Would either of them listen to the other?

MSgt Neil Greenfield - Unfortunately it's not any different for them, than it is here for us regular squares. Some of us are soo entrenched in our party, our guy/gal we will go to extremes to say the other is wrong...even when we know our guy/gal is actually the one wrong. It's so bad that the second you disagree, you're an instant liberal. Doesn't matter if you like a Republican, or indie, you're a liberal or a racist conservative. I'm beginning to believe that Russia isn't the problem to everything (they did a lot), but WE'RE the actual problem and old scores just refuse to go away.
Fair Winds and Following Seas CAPT.....apparently we're still not ready, and we're learning way too late.

SGT Gregory Lawritson - I'm having a "thinking moment" with this one. But I think a large part of it is we as Americans are always quick to believe the worst in people. I freely admit I'm not a Trump fan, but for the life of me knowing his background, how much is perceived playing a "role" and actually him and his beliefs? Investigations aside, who is Donald Trump? What are we doing as a populace to make the situation better, and what are we doing as a populace to make it worse. I know by tomorrow something will have been said, and I probably won't care and maybe not even question it due to who said it, but does that really make me a sheep or the wolf? It could go either way, depending on viewpoint.
I'm sure tomorrow, I'll be back to my usual. I'll put money on it. Maybe because I'll have to wait two more years and hope Kasich runs a solid race this time. Maybe I'm still a bit salty he didn't get the nod last time. Maybe because Joe might step up to the plate and say "oh hells naw" we're going to do things differently when I'm in office.

Funny how when McCain was running for President the Left hated him and called him ever name in the book, now that he is dead and took a cheap shot at the President, he is the Left's Darling Night in shining armor. Fickle group of people.

SGT Cort Landry - McCain took it from the right also. When running for office he was the one who stood up at a rally and defended the man who would end up beating him to the WH because of bigoted individuals asking some of the most outlandish and ignorant questions against Obama. Who picked his running mare in Palin? He even mentioned it later on that she and her "celeb" status cost him the WH. I'm not even sure on that, but simple geography would tell someone that you cannot see Russia from your front porch in Anchorage. The RNC failed him (possibly on purpose) by selecting her. Who gave McCain the whole RINO moniker? Wasn't the left. The "left" did less to the man than either the man did to himself or the GOP's Tea Party, and every "super patriot" caucus has done since. Republicans will be smarting at McCain for years over that "thumbs down" vote. Trump especially. At the end of the day the man served, he served honorably (while in service), and did his thing both good and bad in office (depending on viewpoint).
Politics is a fickle group period. I do remember in 2016 all of the varsity candidates swearing Trump wouldn't win. Weird how that changed in January 2017. I remember the GOP swearing they would not support the man on the Access Hollywood tape. Man they're lining up to practically BE his back now. "We'll pick the best of the best"....well not even two years in, the "best of the best" have left the building for the most part, or are in the process of leaving.

I'm surprised. With McCain being an open borders cheerleader, he should have gotten a LaRaza leader to help carry his last message too.
I wonder if McCain had armed guards and lived in a gated community. School's should have armed guards years ago.
Rest in peace Senator.
