I guess the court missed the memo. The Supreme Court already ruled on a similar case back in 2018.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Colorado baker who refused to bake a cake for a same sex couple because of a religious objection and the baker won. One persons rights do not trump another persons rights. If a store does not want to make something for you, find another store or do it yourself.

MAJ Montgomery Granger A miscarriage of justice! My take: Close the shop while appealing, bring your business home and if you can’t run your business at home legally, get “donations” for your cakes ordered. May pick up “sympathy” customers besides the regulars.
