Of course, it's what I would expect of these countries. Allowing a man to get away with murder regardless of his personal reasons. It is sickening what people get away with in other countries.

I don't believe in imperialism, but I do believe in human rights. How do we stop something like this without taking over? Education is key, but how does one incorporate that?

The same way the British stopped the practice of Sati (widow burning) in India. Make it illegal and punish those who threw widows on the funeral pyre with death.

Some of the laws in other countries are ridiculous! And I don't care if the new law came into effect this year, a man should not be able to forgive himself for murder. As bad as things seem right now with our "choices" for POTUS, I'm still glad I live here where there is still at least a little common sense.
