There are intelligent ways to prevent this (the Israelis know how) but we are too busy yammering about Carbon offsets.

I'm not too sure if I believe this, Brother Dale. We have different types of weather from year to year, so I don't know what these people are talking about. Oh, wait a minute, yes, I do. These people have an agenda, like global warming or whatever you want to call it.
