It seems Joe B. forgot (or never learned) the British, Russian, and his own experience in Afghanistan with rag-tag guerrilla fighters. He also forgot the French and American experiences in Viet Nam, the 26 Julio guerillas in Cuba, and Michael Collins the "Urban Guerilla", who defeated the British Empire's planes, ships, tanks, artillery, and troops, and gained more freedom for Ireland than 700 years of "conventional warfare".
