Great share. This is even more pronounced here in Florida.

Is this good or bad. In some cases I think it is good and finally gave a push to people whom did not like their workplace but were too afraid to leave. I think overall the work at home environment is going to liberate a LOT of the workforce into both doing what is right for their futures and eliminate the fear of leaving one employer for another. That can only help workplace productivity at some point in the future.

One other silver lining to the pandemic is personal savings rate has shot up and last I read was setting new records......also good for our future Economy. The Pandemic is like an invisible hand moving through our society, some changes are great others not so great. MTA in New York is pioneering a new COVID-19 filtration system in their subway cars that will as well filter out other germs like the flu. Just think of how that will lower flu transmission rates outside COVID-19 and you have to wonder why that was not worked on before? Why did it take a deadly pandemic for that to happen?
