That's what the ATF does so they can arrest and charge people, destroying their lives, then show no apologies or remorse.

The BATFE has dramatically moved from an enforcement body to a regulatory body. They can make recommendations but not laws, but nobody seems to want to keep them in check.

At the point of the spear sits my freedom from civil and criminal fines and incarceration. And at that point of the spear their is very little difference between regulations and laws.

Maj John Bell - Good read. The problem I have with the ATF is that they independently create enforceable crap at the drop of a hat. The pistol brace was legal for a few years and then the reversed their ruling and now a pistol is an SBR. Total BS!

The director is supposed to do that keep a leash on regulation and enforcement overreach. The current nominee was a paid lobbyist for gun control organizations. Any guess on how tight that leash will be?

Why do bureaucrats in charge of keeping cigarettes away from kids get a say on my Second Amendment Rights?
