SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Legally Speaking "Genocide" is Based on "Motivation" the "Why" that is always a challenge if Not Impossible to Prove. Having Said that if I Were Palestinian Muslim or Christian, I Might believe the State of Israel is Gunning for Me! Wanting to Eliminate My "Race" "Cultural Group".

Have you forgotten that it was HAMAS that started this and their goal, in addition to other Iranian proxies, is and has been, to eradicate Israel and all Jewish people... HAMAS is guilty of Genocide and that's a fact, Chip... We should all want peace, security, and Freedom! That's why our forebears separated from English rule and created a new nation... One can't refute the facts, my friend...
