As a counselor I can tell you that it is dangerous to kids' mental health. This and social media are largely behind the rise in suicide among kids and teens.

Schools and mental health are causing more issues than solving them. For better or worse, I never knew what anxiety or stress was at a young age and these are words children and teens present with now. We probably ignored a few to many problems back then but have gone totally the other direction.
