Grandma put only bacon or roast pork grease and it was only left out from September to May.. June, July & August it was too warm.. in summer she’d get what she needed ... out

SSgt Boyd Herrst my grandma recycled bacon grease. OK then!!! I save bacon grease in a glass jar to prepare cooked greens or to add a teaspoon full to vegetable oil for chicken. SOMETIMES
