How about you putup a tent city withcadillacs and live where you work...might incentivize you to get things done quicker. Good enough for us downrange should be good enough for you.

Just more government waste, hell when I worked for the department of defense we had limits etc on what we could spend when traveling, if it was put on a government credit card it had to be approved ahead of time.
