The writer of this hits all points correctly. FINALLY a cop who recognizes there is wrong behind the badge, and that the public can see it. I agree that the way folks have used their anger is misguided, and shooting unarmed people of any race is wrong, but at what point does the local PD say "what aren't we doing that we should be doing"? To the people in Dallas, Milwaukee, and everywhere else who were hurt mentally, physically, or any kind of way, don't be like the rest and judge the whole based off the one. To those who would judge the whole by the actions of the one, maybe you need to relocate to the bottom of the Marianas Trench. I hear land is pretty cheap there. And every house is waterfront property.

It is, but it'll only take root in the minds of the weak, and those who won't allow change. If we ran America and used the UCMJ as the guide to life, how many would be free? in order to really make change, we personally must be willing to look change head on, go with it, and not be afraid of it.

This statement and conversation was officially approved and conducted by the BINC (Baller In Chief) of the United States of America. You are correct. There HAS been too many who've drank from the well. At the same time, are we trying to save a mind that has already made it's decision OR go after the youth? A 62 yr old man won't be as adept or have a desire for change. He is where he is, and is comfortable there. That 21yr old who can be taught, in some cases eager to learn will be where we need to focus on. Terrorists aren't looking for the elderly to do acts, they target the young, so we do the exact same thing and make America better in ten years than it got in 200 years.

Great article, with one exception toward the end: "abolish the police and return public safety back to the citizens." (Paraphrased, I forgot to copy/paste) That's a pretty dangerous line of thought and a scary place for our society to end up, wouldn't you agree? What that equates to is anarchy, every man for himself.

I do see what you mean, and honestly, we should not do it, but if what we have is not working, then we should take an objective review of what is right and what is wrong. Problem with that is still there will be those jaded one way or the other.
