The Viet Cong warned us that the Khmer Rouge were insane. The VC, NVA and Soviets stopped supplying them. That gave the Chinese a chance to be friends with people even more radical than them. Whem Cambodia fell the Rouge thought they could move into Khmer Krom areas of Vietnam. Hun Sen was one of the Khmer Rouge Junta. He realized he was doomed and took off for Vietnam. With his help the Vietnamese ran the Rouge out
