Thank you PO1 Tony Holland for sharing the unsurprising news that Brazil is positioned to join the ranks of the nuclear powered submarine group of nations. They have a long coastline along the Pacific coast. The Amazon River basin is incredibly large but I doubt it would support large submarines except at the mouth of that huge river network.
