If she was black and shot by a white cop, we'd have seen riots. As it was, she's white and the cop black. At first glance it sure looked like an EXCESS use of force. I did read however that VP Pence was nearby - and that's not a reason for her to have been shot; BUT ... he also reportedly had the "Football," and most know that's the nuke codes ... so MAYBE that level of force to stop additional ingress MIGHT be justified. I don'g know.
Now, as to WHY the VP had the "Football," seems to have been improper. SUPPOSEDLY, it was to prevent the President from launghing a nuclear attack. To me that was pure paranoia and I would NOT support Pence to run in 2024.
