Here is a bit of useless info for the "Jeopardy" fans... Comedian Bob Burns played a novelty musical instrument of his own invention, which he called a "bazooka". During World War II, the US Army's handheld anti-tank rocket launcher was nicknamed "bazooka" after Burns's instrument.

PO3 Edward Riddle - He is probably the Loader. TM 9-297 (yes, even in the stone ages we had Training Manuals!) emphasizes that the "Loader is to Never Stand directly Behind The Launcher". However, the Loader must also insure that there in nothing in the Tube prior to inserting the Rocket... Quick Peak? Anyway, the Loader knows when the Rocket is inserted and the Bazooka is ready to fire. At that moment in time, he will het the "Hell" out of the way!
I think I have shown my age! To have seen one of these things fire makes you real old...

1SG Dean Mcbride (MPER) (CPHR) - Thanks for the info Brother Dean. Since it looks like he's aiming it I just assumed it was ready to fire.
