I don't think their math adds up.
Per the article "They also calculated that 1 kilogram of mushroom protein would be produced per 668 square meters of land, making it potentially more efficient than beef production, which ranges from 37 to 2,100 square meters per kilo."
2100 Sq meters compared to 668 Sq meters if I am not mistaken is just a tad over 3.
Beef Protein at 37 Kilos would mean they need to produce a bit over 10 Kilos of Mushrooms but their numbers are far short of that.
Maybe Brother Vic can let me know if I am out in left field or not.
