Vic...I have tried everything...started with the fad diets...loose a little weight then plateau and then gain it back. I have seen dieticians and followed their regimens strictly. I never really have nor do Inow care for anything sweet and I really don't care for pastas etc. I exercise regualarly and always have. I strength train and aerobic but still no weight loss. SOOO for people like me if this works then I am all in. I am a big framed guy anyway so I carry my weight well but I am overweight for my age and height and need to get healthier. I do agree that diet and exercise are key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle but for some folks that just isn't enough...might need a little help.

If you turn into jelly but weigh less than when you had muscles is that considered progress?
