The Biden administration is loosening some key immigration restrictions ahead of President-elect Trump’s second term, opening the door for thousands more illegal immigrants to enter the country.
Trump has indicated that he could declare a national emergency and use military assets to carry out mass deportations. The Biden administration, however, is taking steps to make Trump's plans for the border more difficult. The Biden Department of Homeland Security is launching an ICE Portal app in December that will allow migrants to skip their in-person check-ins at an ICE office and instead check in with immigration officials via an app on a phone or computer, according to reporting by The New York Post.
The app reportedly has severe glitching issues and does not track a migrant's location if he or she is using an Android phone or laptop.
Further, the app does not check migrants for past arrests or outstanding warrants and allows them to opt out of or contest government orders to undergo electronic tracking.

Of course they are. Biden/Harris allowed an invasion that didn't need to fire a shot. They were welcomed right through our defenses. Some would call it the 'T' word. I'm leaning toward it. Biden/Harris and their henchman Mayorkus are the Benedict Arnold's of our time.

Furthermore, 18 U.S.C § 2381, states that a person guilty of treason against the United States “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

History had taught them that men in power might falsely or loosely charge treason against their opponents; therefore, they denied Congress the authority to enlarge or reshape the offense. By any definition the O'Biden-Harris Administration showed no loyalty to this country by engaging in illegal activities, peddling influence and selling America out to foreign nations (such as China and Iran) whose policies are openly hostile to American interests. They weaponized our Federal government/agencies against American citizens and opened the border, flooding the nation with unvetted illegal immigrants. They purposely didn't enforce immigration law (which is the responsibility of the Executive Branch) and sued States (like Texas) that took measures to prevent illegal immigration in the absence of federal enforcement. They tied the hands of the US Border Patrol with their use of sanctuary states, cities, and counties, catch and release policies, etc. and as a direct consequence of their incompetence and negligence, they allowed terrorist sleeper cells into this country. Through lax enforcement of election laws and introduction of mail-in ballots, they allowed illegals to vote in and influence the outcome of our elections, thus compromising our National Security along several fronts...
