Yes and no. 1 misdemeanor that was out of Statute of Limitations at the Federal Level only reanimated at the NY Alvin Brag DA into 34 Felonies that will be thrown out on appeal. Yesterday, Democrats said they would go after Trump in 4 years and 2 months when he is a Private Citizen. Trump asked for a change of Venue because NY City Jury is 90% Democrat.

Biden got a pass on his Classified Documents case for being an honest old man with memory issues. From 1973-2008, he was a Senator who stole Classified Documents. I get upset that Trump was hit with this and Biden gets off with no Felonies.
