I wish them good luck. Unless there's a severe downturn, recruiters are gonna have to work for it.

The incentives are listed, but the standards for entry are not...Lowering the standard is not the answer. The Soldier is the most deadly weapon in the Army -- we don't need an Army of meat puppets
