Good morning, Rallypoint, and welcome to the October 12th edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD). Auroras in West Virginia? Here they are from two days ago (October 10th). The North Carolina Piedmont was too far south (in my case). Did anyone else see them?

They were visible from here in Central Ohio.
