My brother-in-law and his wife are 90 miles south of Tampa and I'm looking at a map talking to him on the phone and they are in direct line of the storm yet he's telling me they are going to be OK and are staying. They brought their Large Drivable RV out of storage and it's parked in their driveway. They have been told to get out but they are thinking they can stay in the RV if the power goes out. I'm thinking what a 140MPH wind is going to do to their house and RV. We'll see. All I can do is pray for them at this point as they couldn't leave now if they wanted to. The roads are jammed!

When staying in a RV during this storm Is the death sentence?
If the RV is out of storage and they’re still in the house, the RV can be demolished with the wind
Let me know how they are doing?

SFC Jo Ann Klawitter - I think they stayed in the house and kept an eye on the RV, They are ok but no power. So they have the RV for Power now.

SGT James Murphy I am so glad they are OK. I sent you a long message about the VA and I think I got scammed by them impersonating the VA

You know, a lot of people may not realize that it not that the wind is blowing, but what's in the wind that is blowing.
All they would have to do is mention a hurricane is coming and it doesn't have to be close, all you would see is a**hole, elbows and the bottom of my feet heading for the car because I'm out of there.

Yup motorcyclists know how it feels to get hit in the face by a June Bug at 80MPH. Feels pretty Big!
