September is a big month for lunar enthusiasts. This month, skygazers can enjoy a rare combination of a harvest moon, a supermoon and a partial lunar eclipse—at the same time.

The moon will appear to be full for roughly three days next week, starting Monday evening and extending through Thursday morning. But the full moon will officially occur on Tuesday night at 10:35 p.m. Eastern time, writes Gordon Johnston for NASA.

Personally when the Moon is this close and bright I just look up for the white ball in the sky and THERE it is. I didn't think folks needed advice on how to see the Moon. Here in Ohio there hasn't been any conversation of an eclipse.

We've had such heavy overcast in the evenings, it's hard to see anything.

Lt Col Charlie Brown Here we've had a High Pressure center area just to our East that has given us nearly 2weeks of clear skies and dry weather. Its caused several possible rain events to stay to the West of us. Almost half the State is under a Burn Ban due to severe drought, but skies are crystal clear.
