I already have pretty bad hearing loss, now my eyes are starting to go. I figured I'd live to 90 or so because of my parents. Mother lived to 86 with Emphysema because she smoked most of her adult life, and my Father lived to almost 96.

Genetics count and if you don't do the things that took out your parents too early, you can often make it longer.

I think my hearing problem is due to exposure to loud noise. Balance on the other hand is out with the jury. I was on top of my wood stack this morning and stepped on a loose chunk then hit the ground. Fortunately the stack is only 6' tall.
