The border issue has been front and center since Biden took office and Kamalala Dingdong was appointed "Border Czar." She did nothing for 3 years, finally tried to do something 6 months before the election so she could say the numbers are down. If she'd have done that 3 years ago I would give her some credit but if you can't see that they are only trying to do something now that the elections are near you are naive.
