Suggest you also check out the make-up of Human Relations (HR) professionals as well. I believe you'll find a similarly disproportionate representation across demographic groups.

Apparently it's now "...my turn in the barrel." I'm glad I'm getting old; the future doesn't look so great to me.

Thanks Dale, This should be of no surprise to anyone. Affirmative action is just predujust aginst white people. That is just another long list of reasons that I didn't re up in the Army. I personally whitnessed a black soldier who wasn't in combat booger lip because another soldier got his E5 stripes and he didn't The soldier was a good point man an deserved the promotion he got. Naturally the next E 5 went to the complainer. I was a M60 gunner in the middle of the squad so I didn,t want or deserve the sargent stripes. Affirmating action is bad and the military is rife with it. Consider Colin Powell.

To his credit, Powell was a good man. On the other hand, a good ol' white boy named Wesley Clark made it to four stars and senior commands and I knew him as a colonel and the kind of guy who attracted followers only out of idle curiosity . . .

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - Wasn't he (Wes Clark) Bill Clinton's roommate at Oxford during Bill's short stint there? Helps to have friends in high places, especially at those exalted levels of command.
