It's not that he was old, feeble, and had dementia, but rather his policies were crap. Unless the new candidate has a new platform, the crap policies remain. And since when does POTUS use non-potus stationary when making any decision?

That’s a good point. If he did was he cognizant what it was when he was signed it? It would have been better for all if the 25th Amendment had been invoked.
