Thanks Dale for anotyer great history lesson. I had never heard of the story about Salem Poor, but do know of him now. I have served with and under black officers and NCO's and fellow soldiers . They were all fine men and soldiers. Durring my construction career I have worked with and befriended Black men They were all fine men and as good as a ny white man.
