Correct, the Supreme Court, just today, cleared all of this IMMUNITY stuff up, with clarity, Whatever is described as an official act written in the constitution as a duty for the POTUS, is declared covered by the SUPREMES, anything that is not a job description, is NOT covered. However even after saying all of that they went on to say that the courts cant say if POTUS has a criminal intent, in the questionable acts that are done in his name. I do remember OBAMA sent a lot of Cash to the INFIDELS in IRAN, without SENATE approval, will He be sued??

justice SANTA MAYOR, cant figure out the reason for the CONSTITUTION, as all radical charged demoniacs are. When THE word is printed in bold in the constitution itself, it means what it says. EXAMPLE the POTUS shall,( that is a job description) IDIOT! Not hard to figure out, also, in each & every case where an employee is given job description that is a duty that must be performed, OH, I have a headache!
