I'm not sure they can. If Trump gets back into office, I believe hezbollah will not get involved. If Biden is re-elected, war between Israel and the hezzies is inevitable.

If Hezbollah thinks Israel is weak they will press. If they can be convinced Israel can defend herself, it might be avoided.
